Secrecy
Out of respect to our customers, who entrust us with confidential information, Communicating Wise is committed to safeguarding all such information. This also applies to information gathered through applications and supporting documents, account information obtained in the course of our ongoing relationships with customers, and information exchanged through the company’s website.

 

Trainers
Our team of trainers is enthusiastic and is carefully selected on the basis of our training program.  They have the right expertise and skills suited to the courses in our portfolio, are experienced and all are fluent in English and Dutch.

 

Ms Reinalda Thode (1962)
Many years of experience in a wide variety of organizations in the Netherlands as well as in the Netherlands Antilles, both in the public sector and in the commercial sector. Mainly in providing management consulting primarily in the areas of organization changes, increase quality of service, optimizing business processes, customer service and communication.
Ms Thode has excellent skills as a trainer and has years of experience as a teacher and coach, both in the Netherlands and Curaçao.
Ms Thode is also the office manager at Communicating Wise.

 

Drs John Cijntje (1964)
Studied Business Administration at the university of the Netherlands Antilles and the State University of Groningen in Holland.
Mr. Cijntje has build up management consulting experience for more than 15 years. Specialized in areas such as process management and benchmarking, performance management, operational audits, project management and coaching organizations in solving operational problems. Mr. Cijntje is an experienced trainer in above mentioned areas. He is also the founder of our company.

 

Ms Minea Blijd (1963)
Trained in project management, management of change, function evaluation. Experience in statistical research, process descriptions, establish procedures, restructuring, job descriptions. Has experience in directing, guiding and coaching employees in the Netherlands Antilles and the USA.
