Group Facilitation

Group facilitation is the key to effective communication in organizations. Facilitation implies that an independent person, together with members of the organization, looks at the internal communication processes. The choice of this person must be acceptable to all group members.
The help of this person is used for these processes of identifying the problem, the search for a solution and the decision making process. The primary role of the facilitator is to adapt the group process and group structure in order to improve the effectiveness with which the group reaches a specific goal. When an organization fails to bring the mind, expertise and creativity of its members in a partnership of cooperation, it will not be in a position to successfully compete in the demanding market of today.

The reason is that organizations, more than ever, are dependent on an effective internal and external communication to reach their goals. The sharing of knowledge and the mutual understanding among its members have become the critical factors for the success of an organization. Examples of such processes: business process design, develop a vision and mission statement, SWOT analysis sessions, group and company alignment sessions.
